Basic Instructions

To open your First-Class Luggage for the dual combination feature, ensure the combination dials are set to 0-0-0. Then, simply find the two side buttons on the side of the lock, squeeze and lift.

The opening combination has been set to 0-0-0. To set your own, follow these steps:

  1. Open both locks.
  2. Look in the opposite side of the dials (on the aluminum side).
  3. Slide the small button to the right.
  4. Set your new numbers
  5. Then, close the locks. To reset or take off, just slide the button to the opposite direction ( to the left). Be sure to memorize your combination!

Please note that once you set your lock, no one else will know how to open your bag – including us. We recommend keeping the combination somewhere safe to make sure you don’t lock yourself out – whether it's by emailing yourself, taking a picture of it, or storing it somewhere on your phone.

  1. Down the the app: 'iTrack Easy
  2. Turn On the Bluetooth & Gps on your mobile device
  3. Put in the Password '0000'
  4. Set up a name and picture of your luggage
  5. Set of your preferences in the settings area. 
  1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds
  2. Set your preferred measuring units of pounds or kilograms
  3. Use two fingers or your hand to gently lift up the whole luggage off the ground (we use accurate advanced technology, so quickly or harshly lifting it up will disrupt the system)
  4. Keep it in the air until you see the numbers stop move and the units or kg or lbs stops blinking.
  5. You could clear the measurements by simply hitting the power button once
  6. Redo the process at least a total of 3 times to make sure you get an accurate measurement. Remember that lifting up the luggage by this handle must be done as gently and smooth as possible for the best results. 

Returns

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed. 

Shipping

If you decide that your 1st new Luxury Smart Luggage isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 120 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or asterisks. Send us an email at: Support@RoyalLuggage.com and we’ll take care of the rest. This only applies to your first purchased luggage. If the luggage is defective or damaged upon arrival please reach out to us immediately with in 14 days to get free shipping to our company to send back for a replacement.

Our promise is 1–3 business days processing times, because of back orders. Then 2-5 businesses days, depending on your location in the world. 

Currently, with this promotion now, we ship free to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia via Fed-ex through our online store. We also ship to most parts of the world, if you do not see your Country listed in the address bar in the order form, please email us at: Support@RoyalLuggage.com

For now we have Free shipping to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, and we offer Expressed-Priority for $24.95. Expressed-Priority is faster shipping time and we will put you ahead of the line for processing before we run out of stock so you do not have to wait another 2 weeks + for the next stock to come in.

For the rest of the world are shipping cost are $14.95 for standard and up to $49.95 for heavy-duty (about more than 3 luggage).

Please be aware that orders over the value of $700.00 USD will attract duties and taxes. These charges will be at your own expense.

Warranty

The Answer is Yes—for life! Our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty. We designed our luggage to last – that’s why our luxury luggage are backed by a lifetime limited warranty. Please note that the warranty only extends to the original owner of the luggage and is not transferable.

What this lifetime limited warranty covers:

  • Cracks or breaks in the shell
  • Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or are no longer usable
  • Zippers that can no longer be opened or closed 

What this lifetime limited warranty does not cover: 

  •  We try to cover as much as possible. “Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of luggage by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.
  • Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage (if only one part is defective, we will only replace the defective part).
  • Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.
  • The digital scale and Bluetooth-GPS lock are limited to a 2 year warranty since it's an electronic device. We will update this to a longer time frame as time goes on and you will be eligible for the upgrade, no matter when you purchased the luggage.

We ask, as your only responsibility, will be the cost of shipping your defective luggage back to us.

What will void this lifetime limited warranty:

We reserve the right to void this warranty if we determine a claim to be dishonest or fraudulent, by lack of evidence or such.
